Japanese Standards Quality Control

To prevent such issues in advance, our company conducts multiple sample checks from the early stages of mass production, and pre shipment inspections according to Japanese standards before d eliver ing the products to our customers. 1Inquiry

2Rough Estimate
After thorough discussion, we will create a proposal and a rough estimate based on your requirements and budget.

3Producing Sample
We will create sample s based on the details discussed during the meeting. And after you’ve checked the m , we will carefully listen to any specific change req uests.

4Estimate
Once the materials, specifications, and quantity are confirmed, we will submit a formal estimate. (If there are no changes in materials or specifications from the initial discussion, the estimate will remain the same.)

5Production
Production will take place at our partner factories under strict quality control measures. It is possible to visit the factory before mass production, to take a virtual meeting with the factory , and to confirm the factory through videos or images.

6Inspection
Products are not delivered directly to customers. After leaving the factory, they are thoroughly inspected at a separate facility. And it is also possible to conduct inspection with your Attendance.

7Shipment
After inspection, we handle all arrangements such as container booking and customs clearance.

8Delivery
We will deliver the products to delivery location , ensuring both speed and safety. Additionally, we can store products at our warehouse if needed.
